Medical universe

Who each physician is, where they practise, and how they relate to your portfolio.

A physician is not a row in a list. They practise in two or three places, each with its own address and hours; they belong to a hospital and also see patients privately; and their value is not the same across every indication you work. A catalog that captures none of that forces the rep to fill in the gaps from memory — and that memory is not inherited when the territory changes hands.

In Kipken the physician and the organization where they practise live in the same catalog, joined by affiliations. Every address knows its position on the map, so the book of business can be seen as territory and not only as a list. On that base rests what actually matters for the call: which indications that physician works, how much they prescribe, and where each of your brands sits for each patient profile.

That last figure is the one usually lost. Here it is not a field someone overwrites: every move is recorded with its date, its reason and the visit that caused it, so that «since when did they stop prescribing it?» has an answer.

None of this is captured by hand from scratch. The universe arrives from the system where it already lives.
