The previous modules are what you see. This is what decides whether they work in a real organization, and it tends to get asked late — once the purchase is already made.
Who sees what. The territorial structure has four levels: nation, region, district and route. It is not a screen filter, it is the scope: a manager sees their district because the system returns nothing else, and a rep sees their own book. Permissions combine with that scope, so the same role behaves differently depending on where it hangs.
How it is configured. Report types are assembled from the admin area: their phases, their stages and the panels within each. A client working an eight-step sales model and another using five do not need different versions of the product.
What comes out. Every report becomes a PDF with its evidence and its signature, and is emailed from within the system itself.
In which language. Spanish and English, and not only the interface: the catalogs you administer too, because a subsidiary reporting to a parent company needs both versions of the same data.
