Content and training

What the team needs to know, and what the team is allowed to say.

These are two libraries, and it is worth not mixing them.

The content library holds the material the team consumes: PDF manuals, video, boards and SCORM courses. It has an editorial cycle — someone writes, someone approves, and every transition is recorded — because in this industry publishing without review is not an administrative slip. The employee opens it from their own screen, with a built-in viewer, on a phone and also with no signal: a good part of the work happens in a car park between two offices. For SCORM courses you know who opened them, how far they got and whether they finished.

The strategy suggestion library is a different thing: it is not study material, it is the argument the rep may use in front of the physician. Marketing writes it indexed by brand, patient profile and adoption level, with its reference and its validity dates; the rep receives it while preparing the call, for that specific case.

The distinction matters because the second one cites regulated claims. That is why it carries its own publication states and validity dates: a published suggestion can be expired, and then it is simply not offered.
