Visit report

What happens before, during and after walking into the office.

A well-run medical call is three moments, and only the middle one happens in front of the physician.

Before. The rep opens the pre-call analysis and sees on a single screen what they need in order not to improvise: the physician’s category, how much they prescribe in the indication being worked, where each of your brands sits, and how best to approach them. From there they build their planning sheet per brand: which level they start from, which one they want to reach, with what opening, which questions and what agreement they expect to close. If marketing has published an approved argument for that case, it is right there rather than reconstructed.

During and after. What actually happened gets recorded: what was executed, what was agreed, which samples were left and of which product. On closing, the physician’s adoption level is updated with a record of which report moved it — which is what turns a one-off call into a series you can read.

Finally, the rep assesses themselves, behavior by behavior. It is not a formality: it is what lets the manager arrive at the coaching session knowing where to look.
